天涯社区's tobacco-free policy applies to all students, staff, faculty, contractors, vendors and visitors. The policy applies to the entire 天涯社区 campus - indoor facilities, campus grounds, walkways and parking lots. The policy applies to both lighted and smokeless tobacco products.
All staff, students and faculty members share the responsibility of creating a courteous atmosphere of self-enforcement. The ultimate success of this policy depends upon the courtesy, respect, and cooperation of users and non-users of tobacco products.
